On behalf of the State of Hawai‘i Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR), we are writing to invite you and your networks to attend one or more of the upcoming talk story sessions about Holomua Marine 30×30 on Maui October 28, 29, and 30. Holomua is a statewide initiative to effectively manage our marine resources with at least 30% of each island’s nearshore waters established as a network of marine management areas by 2030.  Our vision is for healthy marine ecosystems and abundant nearshore resources that allow the people of Hawai‘i to enjoy coastal waters, support livelihoods, and feed our families.  You can learn more about the initiative at https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/holomua/
