Pavement reconstruction to close portions of Piilani Highway in East Maui on October 30 and November 6

In coordination with the County of Maui, Maui Paving, LLC will be performing pavement reconstruction work in the East Maui District that will require a full road closure. A portion of Piilani Highway from Mile Marker Post 32 to 32.75 will be closed on Sat. Oct, 30 and Sat. Nov. 6. from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and follow all traffic control signs. Visitors to Hana and Kipahulu should return to Central Maui by way of Hana Highway, not Piilani Highway, to avoid the area. Please pardon the inconvenience.
