Hāpai a Hānai – Community-Centered Care with Pacific Birth Collective

Aloha mai kākou,

We’re happy to share a new offering from Pacific Birth Collective for pregnant and postpartum families in East Maui and Molokaʻi. Beginning this coming Monday, August 4, and continuing every first Monday of the month  gatherings will take place from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Kalena Triangle (September’s gathering will be Monday, September 8th due to Labor Day on September 1st).

This program is especially designed for our rural mothers, providing a safe and welcoming space for:

• Talk story and perinatal care facilitated by experienced pale keiki and midwives

• Food bags and baby supplies to support you and your ʻohana

• An opportunity to connect, uplift, and care for one another during the hāpai and postpartum journey

We strongly encourage participation from East Maui ‘ohana, as this is a rare and meaningful opportunity for personalized, culturally grounded care—right here close to home.
